✨ THE SPARK: A WOMEN & HI TECH HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE ✨

Connect. Celebrate. Shine.

This holiday season, we’re turning up the lights, adding a little sparkle, and celebrating the people who make Women & Hi Tech shine.

Welcome to The Spark: A Women & Hi Tech Holiday Experience—our signature year-end celebration reimagined for an evening of connection, cocktails, music, memorable moments, and plenty of holiday magic.

From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel celebrated. Step onto the red carpet for your own camera-ready moment, grab a cocktail, enjoy heavy appetizers, and settle into an evening designed to make connecting feel effortless—and fun.

Come exactly as you are or embrace the theme and wear as much sparkle as you like. Sequins, shimmer, metallics, festive glam, or your favorite holiday look—we’re ready to see you shine.

This event is open to members and non-members

✨ YOUR EVENING AT THE SPARK

Walk the Red Carpet
Start the evening with a little star treatment! Our photographers will be waiting to capture your red-carpet moment against a festive backdrop of holiday lights and sparkle. Come ready for the camera.

Refresh Your Headshot — Complimentary
Need a new professional photo? Stop by our complimentary headshot station, generously sponsored by Beyond the Focus Indy. Because your professional brand deserves to shine, too.

Make a Connection That Matters

Visit The Connection Wall and tell us what kind of connection could spark something new for you in 2027. Looking for a mentor? A mentee? A collaborator? A new job opportunity? Are you hiring? Add yourself to the wall, discover who else is in the room, and make a connection you might not have made otherwise.

Eat, Sip & Celebrate
Enjoy heavy appetizers and cocktails while our DJ sets the soundtrack for the evening. The lights will be glowing, the music will be playing, and there will be plenty of time to mix, mingle, laugh, reconnect with familiar faces, and meet someone new.

Celebrate Our Incredible Community
The Spark is also our opportunity to recognize the people who make Women & Hi Tech possible. We’ll celebrate the accomplishments of our community, recognize our phenomenal volunteers, and announce our 2026 Volunteer of the Year.

✨ ONE LAST THING...

The Spark is more than our holiday party.

It is our chance to close out another incredible year together—to celebrate the women, allies, volunteers, members, partners, and friends who continue to move our STEM community forward.

Maybe you'll reconnect with someone you haven't seen in months.

Maybe you'll meet your next mentor, collaborator, friend, employee, employer, board member, or business connection.

Maybe you'll simply have a great cocktail, dance to a great song, take a fabulous picture, and enjoy being surrounded by an incredible community.

You never know what one connection might spark.

Join us for a holiday networking experience unlike our usual events.

Connect. Celebrate. Shine.

We can't wait to see you at The Spark. ✨
