Our members become part of Women & Hi Tech in two ways: you can join as an individual member, or if your STEM employer is one of our sponsors,  your membership may be one of your job perks. Either way, members get access to some amazing benefits, including:

• Free admission to Women & Hi Tech networking events.
  
• Free admission to each quarterly Executive Women’s Forum, featuring presentations on topics including technology trends, professional development, work-life balance, and mentoring.
  
• Discounted admission to networking events hosted with or by partner organizations.
  
• Community outreach and volunteer opportunities.
• Speaking opportunities and professional development programs.
  
• The opportunity to be involved in the planning of our initiatives and programs, such as Leading Light Awards and Passport to Hi-Tech.

Membership Dues and Corporate Sponsorships also go to support Women & Hi Tech’s initiatives in collegiate engagement and K-12 outreach, such as Ignite Your Superpower! and Celebrate Science.
