Confidence. Salary negotiation. Asking for a Promotion. These three topics constantly surface as struggles or desired areas of improvement amongst professional women. Too often we have all the right credentials and experience, yet we still can feel like we are just not enough to get where we want to go in life and our career. The doubts, questions, and comparisons can paralyze us to the point that we become stagnate and quit growing as professionals and as human beings. But that is not living in Truth. Everyone is uniquely designed to be amazing; we just have to understand how we have come to be where we are and rewrite some of the beliefs and habits that have shaped us.
Join Women & Hi Tech and leadership experts Jerolyn and Jim Bogear to help you unpack your unique design, show you how to recognize your strengths, and empower and equip you to move forward toward who you choose to be. Not only will you have the opportunity to hear from these experts the day of the Forum, but the Bogears are following up the Forum with a conference call for those interested in further discussion on June 20, 2019. This will afford participants additional time to seek guidance after the key points of the message are reflected on.
