On behalf of Women & Hi Tech, we would like to cordially invite you to participate in a training program focused on providing tools for increasing gender inclusion in the workplace, OperationALLTM. OperationALL is an annual professional development seminar uniquely tailored for members, male allies, friends, and supporters of Women & Hi Tech to focus on individuals having equal opportunities for promotion and advancement while working in STEM fields. Please join us on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 3-6 pm at Barnes & Thornburg LLP (11 S. Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46204) for this engaging and inspiring workshop focused on improving and increasing diversity and gender inclusion in the Indiana STEM community.
This interactive program will be facilitated by local and highly-acclaimed leadership trainer, executive coach, and frequent keynote speaker, Julie Kratz. During the program, Julie will focus on exploring how male allies in leadership and management positions can support and promote gender equality in the workplace and encourage women to explore their “what’s next” moments as they pursue their STEM career goals.
Julie is also the author of several books, including ONE: How Male Allies Support Women for Gender Equality, comprising teachings that will be incorporated into this workshop. As a bonus, each OperationALL attendee will receive a copy of Julie’s book to take home.
The agenda for OperationALL is as follows.
