Special Edition Virtual Executive Women's Forum with Angel G. Henry

Presented by Barnes & Thornburg LLP

In recognition of Black History Month (BHM) 2022, at our February Special Edition Virtual Executive Women's Forum (EWF) we will hear from "an only" or one of few. Angel G. Henry, author of Dents in the Ceiling: Tools Women and Allies need to Breakthrough, will share her story, and the stories of other diverse women, particularly African-American and Black women, about being the only, such as the only woman or the only woman of color in STEM industries, especially tech.

Recognized as a thought leader on the Agile mindset, Angel will highlight critical career-enhancing guidance gleaned from her book. She will also facilitate an interactive session with attendee participation to identify practical and actionable steps to increase inclusive workplaces. Angel will guide attendees on how to build their diverse networks and an active ally toolkit.

This extended program will also include a casual but crucial conversation with Angel, led by Linda Calvin, our Director of Executive Women's Forum and Angela B. Freeman, a former President and current Emeritus member of Women & Hi Tech.
