Women & Hi Tech invites our members to join a small group discussion with Aisha Cargile, Senior Signature Success Engineer at Salesforce and Managing Partner of McCord & Cargile Marketing Resources, and Marla Holread, President of Shift Leadership, on September 21. The topic? The Value Of You!

So many of us have never taken the time to think through and understand our gifts, skills, talents, and strengths. We do not understand and do not know how to communicate that value to others. Join our hosts in an interactive workshop. Attendees will identify their value, determine its impact and learn to articulate it by creating their individual value statements.

Aisha Cargile

Aisha is a Senior Technical Support Engineer for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce. She is also a trainer, author and co-founder of McCord and Cargile Marketing Resources, an Indianapolis-based marketing agency specializing in You-centric marketing and marketing education for small businesses, solo-preneurs and nonprofits.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and training, Aisha is no stranger to marketing strategy, content management and branding. She has worked with individuals as well as organizations of all sizes from local professional and charitable organizations such as Project Management Institute Central Indiana Chapter, the Mozel Sanders Foundation and Maddie Smiles Random Acts of Kindness to national and global organizations such as Coca Cola, UPS and State Farm.

Aisha is an educator at heart. She believes that knowledge is to be shared and lives by the saying "give a woman a fish and you feed her for a day, teach a woman to fish and you feed her (and the entire neighborhood) for a lifetime."

Marla Holread

Throughout her career, Marla has developed a passion for uncovering and developing the strengths of individuals.

Her 20 + years of experience expands roles in sales, management, recruiting, and leadership development training.

Prior to launching her own business, Marla honed her skills as a leadership development expert at The Strategy Forums, a leadership and development consulting company where she partnered with large organizations such as Eli Lilly, Whirlpool, and Baptist Health to co-create individual and unique leadership development programs.

Marla went on to receive her executive coaching certification and launched Shift Leadership, an executive coaching and leadership organization dedicated to helping CEO’s, executives, emerging leaders, business owners, and professionals become unstuck, uncover blind spots, accomplish goals, and ultimately reach their full potential.
