Women & Hi Tech has a wonderful afternoon of fun and activities planned for our members and guests and their families. That’s right, Women & Hi Tech recognizes that many of our community are trying to balance work, social life, and family. So grab your spouse, load the kids up, and join us at Waterman’s Family Farm for our first family-included networking event. There will be play areas and outdoor activities for the kids and networking with your Women & Hi Tech family. You can also come by yourself or without kids if you want! We will have drinks and snacks and feel free to bring additional snacks for you and your family.

You can also purchase $5 tickets for wagon rides and train rides during your registration!
A few additional details:
- This event is open to Women & Hi Tech members and non-members. We hope you can join us for this afternoon of fun fall activities and STEM community!
- You will have the ability to add extra individual child admissions as you register for the event. Extra adult admissions should be purchased as new event registrations. If you have questions or needs related to the registration please reach out to whtinfo@womenandhitech.org.
- For safety reasons, there is a limit of five children for every one adult in your group. You are responsible for your children at all times.

Waterman's Waiver

The Waterman Family Farm is considered an agritoursim provider. Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death. I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
COVID-19 Protocols
Right now, we are anticipating that this event will be mask-optional for all attendees, but this is subject to change depending on venue protocols, Marion County Health Department mandates, and Center for Disease Control recommendations at the time of the event.
Cancellation Policies
· Paid event registration refundable and transferable until October 22, 2022. After October 22, we will not be able to issue a refund but you can transfer your ticket to another member/non-member and their group.
· By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and audio-taped during the course of this event and hereby give permission for your image, and voice to be used in education, training, promotion, advertisement, or trade and communications media by Women & Hi Tech in any and all media outlets.
