About the Speaker:

Tonya T’ere Webb-Wallace is a strategic operations leader, certified life coach, and advocate for authentic leadership. She has built her career through leadership roles at Cox Automotive and now leads strategic program initiatives. She is a member of the John Maxwell Team and a DISC-certified consultant. She is also the author of the “Bee You” series and is currently writing "Repositioning Motherhood”. Her perspective is shaped by both professional experience and real life. She is known for connecting quickly with audiences and delivering practical insights people can use immediately.
