Heidi Melton is an award-winning sales executive and passionate advocate for women in STEM. A proud Purdue University alumna, she brings a strategic, data-driven mindset to every challenge, paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and deep commitment to mentorship. Most recently at Convergix Automation Solutions, Heidi led the development and execution of growth strategies that dramatically expanded market reach and accelerated customer acquisition with a historic win of approximately $85 million in just one year of employment.

Heidi’s achievements include receiving the 2024 Emerging Leader Award in Manufacturing from the Indiana Manufacturers Association, nomination for Indy’s Best and Brightest in Manufacturing, and earning the National General Contractors License, a distinction held by less than 1% of women in the United States. She was also a Women & Hi Tech Leading Light Awards nominee in 2018, recognized for both the Rising Star and Risk Taker awards. In her most recent role, she grew her account revenues from $500,000 to more than $85 million in just one year, solidifying her reputation as one of Indiana’s top revenue professionals since 2014.

Deeply committed to creating space for women in STEM fields, Heidi currently serves as President for Women & Hi Tech, a 2,000+ member organization dedicated to advancing women in STEM across Indiana.

Outside the office, Heidi enjoys painting, crafting, and hiking, often accompanied by her husband, Dustin, and their three dogs, Mozzi, Harvey, and Simon. The couple are avid board gamers and have attended Gen Con for nine consecutive years. They share a love for supporting local businesses and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops.
