Molly Griswold, CPA is an Audit Director at Katz, Sapper & Miller, where she serves technology and manufacturing clients. With more than 15 years of public accounting experience, she has advised organizations across the technology, manufacturing, real estate, nonprofit, and construction industries. Since joining the firm in 2023, Molly has focused on delivering high-quality audit and assurance services while building trusted relationships and helping clients navigate complex financial and business challenges.

Molly earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She has been a Certified Public Accountant for 14 years and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS).

Committed to serving her community, Molly has served as Treasurer of the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana for the past three years, providing financial leadership and governance to support the organization’s mission. She is excited to join the Women & Hi Tech Board of Directors as Treasurer and bring her financial expertise to an organization dedicated to advancing women in technology. Molly is passionate about increasing the representation of women in leadership and believes that mentorship, professional development, and strong networks are key to empowering the next generation of women leaders. She looks forward to helping strengthen the organization’s financial foundation while supporting its continued growth and impact.

Molly lives on the north side of Indianapolis with her two children, Crosby (13) and Marlow (10). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children’s activities, and giving back to the community through nonprofit leadership.
