Stephanie Sponsel is an experienced operations leader and community advocate with a strong background in business strategy, organizational leadership, and nonprofit service. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Netlogx, where she manages budgets, statements of work, contracts, executive reporting, and key operational priorities that support growth, strategy, and organizational excellence.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and International Studies from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Indianapolis. In addition to her executive role, she serves as a Board Member for the Center for Wellness & Urban Women Inc., advancing women's health and empowerment, and as a School and Finance Commission Member for Our Lady of Lourdes, contributing to education and parish leadership. She is also a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha, fostering lifelong sisterhood and service.
Previously, Stephanie served on the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association, where she advocated for small businesses nationally, and as Treasurer of NAWBO Indy, supporting women business owners through financial stewardship and leadership.
Stephanie is a passionate advocate for community, family, and inclusive leadership. She and her family live on the eastside of Indianapolis, where she balances her professional career with active involvement in nonprofit and school leadership initiatives. As a proud mom of five children four boys and one girl much of her time is centered around family, sports, school activities, and creating meaningful experiences together. Stephanie is especially passionate about advocating for autism awareness and support, helping ensure children and families have access to the resources and opportunities they deserve. She enjoys traveling with her family and strongly believes that vacations are meant to be taken, creating memories and experiences is one of life’s greatest investments. Her personal mission is rooted in service, empowerment, and helping others thrive both personally and professionally.
Stephanie realized she needed an organization like Women & Hi Tech when she saw how powerful it is for women to connect across industries, share leadership experiences, and create pathways for the next generation of women in STEM and business.
Stephanie’s goals for the organization are to help expand visibility, engagement, and opportunities for women leaders, students, and professionals across Indiana's STEM and business communities.
