Women & Hi Tech is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader to serve as our first-ever Executive Director!

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our growing nonprofit, dedicated to changing the landscape of women represented in STEM to be inclusive to all.

 Location: Remote (Preference for Indianapolis-area candidates)
 Hours: 15–20 per week
 Type: 1099 Contractor
 Pay: $25–$50/hour, based on experience
