Know yourself and what you want. Pay your dues to get there. – Robin Roberts

Tori graduated with her B.S. in Marketing and International Studies from the Indiana University of Indianapolis Kelley School of Business (at the time known as IUPUI) at the height of the pandemic in 2020. She began her professional career in industries such as sports and entertainment and civil engineering working as a social media specialist, marketing coordinator, and communications specialist before transitioning to the IT industry three years ago. Her introduction to the IT space was working as an Account Executive for Onebridge and has now worked for a women-owned data analytics consultancy called CSpring since August of 2023.

In her role as an Account Executive, she is the lead point of contact for the company’s customer base and manages all aspects of the relationship between clients and the technical team while also looking to grow business within the client base by expanding the company’s portfolio. She also leads the pursuits on future opportunities through building her personal network, prospecting, and translating customer discoveries into targeted solutions.

Outside of her career and Women & Hi Tech, she serves as the Communications Chair for Rebuilding Together Indianapolis, a non-profit organization that works with elderly and disabled homeowners in the Northwest Neighborhood of Indianapolis to revitalize the community and help them stay in their homes for years to come. She also is the head sprints, long jump and hurdle coach for her graduating high school, Greenwood Community.

Tori is interested in all types of outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, and camping. She enjoys spontaneous adventures that consist of great food and quality time with those she cares most about. She lives on the south side of Indianapolis with her husband, 8 month old son, and 12 year old pitbull lab named Atari.

She is also passionate about cooking for others, reading Magnolia Magazines, and window shopping at antique shops.

When Tori joined the IT space, she had no knowledge and no network. She looked for opportunities that would provide both and that is when she came across Women & Hi Tech. She attended her first networking event at the IMS in 2022 and became a member of the organization by October. She found a sense of community and belonging that has truly helped her get connected. The hope is that within the next year, we add 50 net new active members and encourage 200 members to attend 3 more events per year than they currently are.
