Reva earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University Bloominton (2007) and her Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University (2013). Reva has worked professionally in many industries including Retail, Education, Healthcare, and now Tech for one of the largest providers of Human Capital Management and Workforce Management Solutions, UKG. As a Lead Solution Consultant for Public Sector customers, Reva works daily with First Responders to ensure they are able to staff their departments to continue to serve their communities.

Reva resides in Avon, Indiana with her husband and daughter. In addition to her full time work, she also owns her own small business, RevaDiva Designs which she started in 2020 specializing in customized signage, gifts and accessories. Reva is also a Commissioner and Cheerleading Coach for Avon Youth Sports and serves as a Trustee at her church.

When Reva began working in Tech, her network consisted of only those she worked with. Joining Women & Hi Tech allowed her to expand her network and meet like-minded women whose goal is to push Women forward in Tech and STEM fields. As Networking Director, she hopes to help others grow their networks within the organization as well.
